After the 10-minute rest, roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface until it's about half a centimeter thick. Use a cup or an 8 cm round cutter to cut the dough into circles. Gather the dough scraps, form a ball, wrap it again in plastic, and let it rest for 20 minutes before rolling and cutting again.
Step 4: Filling the Cookies
5 Place a teaspoon of Nutella in the center of each dough circle. Close the dough carefully by pressing the edges, ensuring the Nutella stays inside and doesn’t leak during baking.
