Ingredients
    For Banana Cake
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 200 g brown sugar
  • 3 medium eggs
  • 125 g olive oil
  • 200 g wholemeal flour
  • 15 g baking powder

  • 200 g 200 white chocolate 28%
  • Caramel flavouring
  • Yellow liposoluble food colouring

    Prepare the Batter:

    In a jug, blend together the ripe bananas, eggs, and olive oil using a hand blender until you achieve a smooth consistency.

    Pour the banana mixture into a large bowl. Gradually add the wholemeal flour and baking powder, stirring until all the ingredients are combined and the batter is thick and smooth.

    Preheat your oven to 170°C (338°F).

    Grease a loaf tin (450g capacity) with butter or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
