In a mixing bowl, combine 75g of cocoa rice cereal, 100g of melted white chocolate, and 50g of melted butter. Stir the ingredients until the cereal is fully coated with the chocolate mixture. Transfer this mixture to the lined tray and press it down evenly using a spatula. Place the tray in the fridge for about 10 minutes to set.
Make the Fudge Layer:
3 Melt 340g of milk chocolate until it reaches 32°C. Stir in 220g of peanut butter (or hazelnut/pistachio paste) until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Pour this fudge mixture over the chilled cereal layer and smooth it out evenly with a spatula. Return the tray to the fridge for another 10 minutes to set.
Serve:
4 Once the bars are fully set, lift them from the tray using the parchment paper. Cut the bars into squares or rectangles as desired. Enjoy your delicious Rice Krispies Chocolate Bars!
